All QSOs are uploaded to LoTW.
QSL is sure via bureau.
If you qsl direct, always include a SAE.
Postal rate for EU and DX is 0.90€ (starting 2016, abt. 1$).
So SASE, one Green Stamp or a valid IRC is OK.
All direct cards I received for the EU-047 operation were answered and sent out.
Cards for all operations received via bureau are answered currently with no backlog.
